The showman Rudolf Feldl who also did own the
famous still existing "Teufeslrad" did present the
"Feldl 's Völkerschau Hawaii” aka “Das Hawaii Dorf"
(The Hawaiian Village) and "Shiny South Sea"
(Leuchtende Südsee) in 1959 at the Oktoberfest. He
did hire the set designer Ludwig Reiber who did
usually work for the Bavaria-Film-Studios to design it
by choosing mainly decoration in a "Papua New
Guinea" style added with a large Hawaiian War God
Ku in the center of the roof.
